This service works in conjunction with Amazon's S3 service to allow developers to manage their S3 data stores to ensure flexibililty, scalability, and to optimize computing capacity. Using this service you can requistion machines in the Amazon S3 network and upload to them computing images that include your applications, data, libraries, and configuration information. From there you can administer your applications, providing resources as needed on a pay-as-you-go basis. A Java library, a SOAP interface, and a command line tool are offered at this time to connect to the service.
